Garage Pressure is the veteran Sydney-based duo of Farj and Paul Fraser. Farj and Paul pioneered the sounds of UKG, 2-step, grime and UK dubstep in Australia, and have remained international visionaries of the UK underground sounds since the late 90s. Their club nights Darksyde and Aquarium played first time hosts to artists as diverse as Zed Bias, Kode 9, Oris Jay, Mala, Skream, Pinch, MJ Cole, Caspa and Loefah.

At the time, Farj and Paul’s vision was years ahead, and they were among the earliest heads to break the bass music sound outside of the UK. Between 2005 and 2017, Garage Pressure ran the Friday night slot on Sydney’s FBI Radio station.

In 2019 Farj & Paul moved to Eastside FM, showcasing dubplates and new music from UKG, jungle, grime and other bass music artists. Garage Pressure have recently played at Secret Garden Festival and Return to Rio, supported The Streets, Youngsta and Slimzee, and are regulars at Subsonic Music Festival and on the Sydney warehouse scene.
